Xavier Horan
Xavier Horan is a highly experienced Māori actor and performer based in Auckland, recognised for his commanding screen presence and versatility across film, television, action and comedy. His feature film work includes Muru, The Legend of Baron To’a, 6 Days, The Dead Lands, The Dark Horse, Dean Spanley, and Number Two, reflecting a career that spans physical, dramatic, comedic and character-led storytelling. His television credits include Westside, The Brokenwood Mysteries, Vegas, Shortland Street, The Bad Seed, Pike River, Auckland Daze, Only in Aotearoa, Toke, Ride with the Devil, The Market, Alibi and Dead Ahead. Alongside his screen career, Xavier also brings depth and presence to the stage, with theatre work including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Troilus and Cressida. With whakapapa connections to Ngāti Awa and Ngāti Pikiāo, he continues to bring authenticity and energy to every role, delivering performances that carry power, depth and purpose.
